The ASTRIDE Study
This study is looking at a new investigational drug, serplulimab, in adults (people 18 and older) who have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if serplulimab can help patients live longer without their cancer spreading.

Extensive-Stage Small Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC)
The ASTRIDE Study is testing an investigational drug to see if it can help adults with ES-SCLC. Researchers want to compare the effectiveness of the study drug + chemotherapy with the effectiveness of an already approved drug (atezolizumab) + chemotherapy.
Who Can Join?
Who can join the ASTRIDE study?
The ASTRIDE Study is for adults that have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), and meet the following criteria*:
Are 18 years of age or older.Have been diagnosed with ES-SCLC.Have NOT already received treatment for ES-SCLC†*Other criteria also apply.
†If you received one cycle of chemotherapy for newly diagnosed ES-SCLC as continued treatment, you may be eligible. If you have received chemoradiotherapy for limited-stage SCLC, it must have taken place more than 6 months before starting this study.
Henlius USA Inc., the sponsor of this study, will pay for the cost of medications received as part of the clinical study, as well as the cost of travel, accommodations, and meals.
